Before submitting a ticket, please read the following

  • Make sure you are running the latest version of your theme, plugins and WordPress.

If you are using the Avada theme, please check the following additional items:

  • Read over the Important Update Information first.
  • Check the Fusion Patcher Tool on the Support Tab because your issue may have already been resolved.
  • If you are experiencing visual layout issues, please clear Fusion Cache located in the dashboard under Theme Options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS/JS > Reset Fusion Cache. Also, make sure to clear your browser, plugin and server cache.
  • Disable any additional 3rd party plugins you may be using to see if that fixes the issue.
  • IMPORTANT: Please only add 1 or 2 questions per ticket. It allows us to provide faster solutions.
